How It Works
Getting started with eGuard is simple. Install the required applications, choose a signing mode, and continue signing with your existing DSC and supported applications.
Signing process
From Request to Signature
Signing Request Created
A supported application sends a signing request through eGuard.
Request Verification
eGuard verifies the request and prepares it according to your selected signing mode.
User Authentication
Complete the required authentication, such as mobile approval, PIN, TOTP, or API authorization.
Digital Signature Created
Your Digital Signature Certificate signs the document securely, and the completed signature is returned.
Platform components
Everything Works Together
eGuard Host
Runs on your Windows computer and connects supported applications with your Digital Signature Certificate.
eGuard Mobile App
Receive approvals, verify signing requests, and manage supported signing modes directly from your mobile device.
Your DSC
Your existing Digital Signature Certificate remains the trusted credential used to create legally valid digital signatures.
Supported Applications
Continue signing through Adobe Acrobat, GST, MCA, Income Tax, ICEGATE, and other compatible software.
Four ways to sign, one platform
Pick a signing mode per certificate right in the eGuard host app — Remote Approval, Host PIN, Host + TOTP, or API. Every mode keeps the token and PIN protected, with a complete audit trail.
